The Patten Lumbermen’s Museum invites you to visit our facility to learn all about Maine logging history, including the use of bateaux on waterways to transport supplies, the stories of the fearless river drivers, what life was like inside a remote logging camp, and even the role of bean hole beans.

  • MAY: 22, 23,25, 25, and May 29, 30, 31  10:00AM – 4:00PM
  • JUNE: Friday-Sunday, 10:00AM – 4:00PM
  • JULY 1-OCTOBER 12: Tuesday-Sunday, 10:00AM – 4:00PM
  • Please note that the museum is closed on Mondays with the exception of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day. We will be open for those three holidays.

ADMISSION: Adults:$10 (ages 12-65); Seniors:$8 (ages 65-90); Seniors over 90 free Children: $5 (ages 4-12); children under 4 free. We look forward to seeing you at the Annual Bean Hole Bean Dinner Saturday, August 8th, 2020
